  • Cozier does not have storage fees.

  • After submitting an order form, we will send an estimate of our fees which may vary based on request. As a service dedicated to individual orders, we prioritize keeping fees to a minimum.

  • Shipping will vary based on the total size and weight of a consolidated package.

  • Non-perishable items such as snacks, ramyun, etc. may be available to order. Please submit an order form to inquire.

  • Our process provides accuracy and safe delivery of each order by sending regular updates on package arrivals, unboxing videos, and a boxing/consolidation video before international shipping.

    If ordered items are missing or incorrect, Cozier provides exchanges or returns at no additional cost before consolidation.

    After consolidation, if damage occurs during international transit, please contact the relevant shipping courier to file a claim.
